Our Shipping is avaliable throughout Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

We ship to more countries, but there are some which we can not reach. If you live on a remote area, please contact us to make sure we can send it to you.

Free Shippig delivery time to European countries is between 2-4 weeks. To other countries it takes up to 3-5 weeks. 

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 days unless otherwise stated.

• Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.

• Keep in mind that the stipulated time for shipment is subject to the demand and availability of international transport. As a consequence, the shipping time can be extended from the terms previously arranged.

Returns and exchanges 14 days!

In the event that you want to return or exchange a product, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive the product to contact us via e-mail at: ovnikies@gmail.com

Transport

All orders will be transported through a courier company. It is necessary to provide a phone number to contact in case of a problem with the delivery (wrong address, absence at home, etc ...). Because the products are in multiple warehouses, if you buy more than one product, they may arrive on separate days. After an Order is shipped, no changes to the order can be made. We won't be able to cancel an order once is shipped.

Delivery times

Our shipments take between 14-30 days, the most normal being 14-20 days. In extreme cases (less than 5%) they can be delayed up to 60 days.

Buyer Protection

In case the item received is in poor condition, you have 14 calendar days to claim via email at: ovnikies@gmail.com

You can choose 1 among the following options:

Return the product to receive a 100% refund of your order. *
Keep the product and receive a 25% discount on your next order. **

Lost Order

In the event that an order is lost, the order will be reimbursed if after 90 days it has not been received.

 

Customs Taxes

All European Union orders have their taxes already paid. This means you won't have to pay any taxes after placing an order.

For other countries: You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.

Please note:

Customers are liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in error, is damaged or defective. 

Swim/Bodysuits, Intimates & Earrings are not returnable, due to hygienic restrictions.

Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full.

Any duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.
